Very nice catches. Thanks for sharing
I loaded the boat last night in anticipation of an early start this morning. Woke up to rain at home and showers streaming across my destination and decided I don't like getting wet if I can avoid it. I ran a few errands and when the it looked like the showers had moved off for good, I headed for the lake. Got launched a bit after 9am; 2 boats on the water in the general area I wanted to fish. I chose a different area and headed out. A humid 74 degrees at the shore and 77 for water temp in general. Took me about 40 minutes to get the skunk out of the boat with this good bluegill.
This lake got hit pretty hard with heavy rain yesterday and this morning so the water was murky. Toss in lots of surface clutter from the power boaters and skiers and it made for relatively difficult conditions. And lots of fishemen; one boat left and 2 more showed up and then 2 more but they worked in a different direction away from me. Lots of casting rather than trolling today but I would eventually find some good fish; not many but good size and fight.
9-11" was a popular size today for the crappie. That green Southern Pro Stinger would be the only lure I'd cast and it caught every fish today; nothing on the trolling lines. The ski boats started up 2/3 the way through my trip and the sun burned through finally and when it did, the slow bite pretty much stopped. I pulled the plug about 11:15.
Total for the trip would be 8 crappie and 4 sunnies; 2 'gills and 2 pumpkin seeds.

Great trip and a good mix of fish. Keep up the good times. Tight lines.
