You may have seen this one already. This is the rear passenger floor. Yep, already got all four floor pans ordered.

Gutted the interior, and there pretty much was a little, everywhere. I sprayed it all down with Fluid Film to stop it for now, and left the rug out so the disintigation process would not proceed.

Behind the wheel wells really was not bad. Kinda figured it would be all rusted cause dirt and moisture collects there. Yes there's rust, but I only see one pin hole that goes through. Fixable IMHO, yep got my work cut out for me.

Fishing for rust in a 30 year old jeep is easier than fishing for specks. Nice catches there!

Do the floor pans come out? Spot welded in? I saw a cool Spot Weld cutter the other day on YouTube. I will have a ton of spot welds to cut on my 2500HD Roof. I use Drip Check when resetting any panels that are exposed to rusting, the stuff works good sealing seams.

The floor pans have spot welds all over. Yep, I'll have to get one of those spot weld cutters. And very cool, I definitely will be using a ton of seam sealer. That 3m stuff looks like the good stuff for sure. I gotta get this Jeep outa the weather to really start working on it, and getting it all dry again. Thanks for the fiberglass, as once I finish the Sprint boat project, this is going in. Got my work cut out for me, fun! lol
