    Default Power Pro Scissors?

I use Power Pro Super Slick 10 lb. test on my bream poles for bream fishing and while I like it a lot, I can't find any decent scissors to cut it with. I bought a pair of Rapala scissors and they don't even come close to working.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Small blue handles with cerrated edges. Instead of the line being chased down the smooth edge the teeth on these hold it in place while it’s cut. I also use the big nail clippers from dollar tree with good success. And I use them for the same line you speak of on my salt water rods.

I've found Fiskar Child Size Scissors to be very good for cutting braid "blunt" (no fibers poking out of the tag end that make putting the tag end thru jig eyes a hassle)
They can be found at WallyWorld for <$2

I have these scissors in my tacklebag because they cut braid blunt on the end.

Cuda scissors are what you want. Cheap and work awesome. Somewhere on cdc is a good thread talking about them.

The scissors Dave mentions or any braid scissors. A very sharp knife and a little wood block will make a clean cut also

The Cuda scissors can be found for less than $4. Walmart link to scissors

Here is the thread discussing these scissors. It's rather long so I included the video above.

I use both boomerang tool and cuda scissor. Boomerang with me when out fishing and cuda stay at home due to not easy to hang on my belt. They both work good and give clean cut with any kind of line. One thing to remember with boomerang snip that the blade pretty small when cutting mono/FC knot use the same area (bottom of snip) leave the tip area just for braid. The area that cut knot a lot will get dull fast and wouldn’t give you clean cut with braid.
