    Default Been pretty frisky lately

not sure why , the water is still really cccold here , but they been biting pretty well .
not trying to ketch them but as you well know they are pesky pests for sure .
wanting to be ketched is a bluegill's native american name for sure .....
one yesterday was really nice size at close to 10 inches ...
sure did pull like a mini train let me tell ya ...
ketched 5 or 6 yesterday mixed in a herd of crappie

Some nice early season colors, ketch. I know they’re not your preferred specie to ketch, but truth be told I will take them every time over my creek crappies. The fight is that good, especially when they decide to do the Comanche circle war dance pulling like a diesel! Pound for pound on the U/L gear one of the toughest guys out there. IMHO Only smallies make my heart race faster! It’s all good!

Nice catches. A few days ago I have some aggressive bites from both gills and crappie. Spring is coming!!!!
