    Default Care and share

Because it is my agenda to care and share it ALL ....
case in point , a couple of 9.98 easy to use rods
bought em yesterday and am headed out today after my pulmonary appointment to share with 2 preteen children the fine art of how to ketch some crappie .....
we will likely target a few bluegill as well, because as we all know ...
Ketchn fish is WAY better than "fishing" ....
    KABOOM is the word

Those are great rods for kids. My wife and I purchased and donated 10 of these rods to a local Scout troop for their summer camp last year. They brought a lot of smile for sure.

then I wonder this , is it wrong to get more excited about taking them out to ketch fish and not actually getting to ketch fish myself this go ?........
surely not is my thoughts , but then again, my wife told me straight out "you are ONLY " a guide this trip .....
told her to take them on a break a second or 2 at some point and then ....
    watch this ....

Getting those children going in the right direction is what it's all about. I volunteered for two fifth grade class fishing trips and it was my two favorite trips I ever had without even fishing. Many had never fished before and their reactions to catching their first one was priceless. I was so busy baiting hooks, unhooking fish, untangling lines that time just flew by. Four hour trip seemed like an hour. At the end there was a bunch of children calling me grandpa. I had a blast and would do it again in a heart beat.

If it matters in the big scheme of things , the youngest one in the bunch who told me she knew how to “fish” and couldn’t even use a zebco, wore out some dandy slabs in large numbers yesterday….
Man did we have us some good times yesterday….
When time permits I will post up a fisheee story and until further notice
KABOOM is the only way to go….
