Night bite has been pretty good, bugs have been awful. Sundown until 2 or 3 then they shut down.

Had some surgery last week so I am on the bench for a few weeks. I would probably get out in the early mornings if I could. I do my fishing in the northern part of the state.

Way too hot for us. Surgeries and other medical events have us sidelined for a while

Bluegills biting good in small Southern Indiana lakes. Lots of razorback males fresh off the beds, some fat females. Not very many people out.

Didnt fish much in it last week. Went twice late in the evening is all and was wading the wabash. Caught 2 walleye a 16 and a 18 on rooster tail spinners. Got skunked the other time. Tried for a short time sunday and they didnt bite until almost dark. 3 shorts in about a 10 minute span.
