the fine lost of art of cast iron cooking bro, eggs and stuff in the cast iron at different time intervals and then sprinkle some cheese ,turn off the heat and cover with a plate and let it sit a bit .....
the top will steam out to perfection and the bottom will get a dark brown ...
really tasty in a flour tortilla for darn sure my friend

So I use to work the NBS Show in Ft Worth. Years ago Lodge Cast Iron sent their entire line to the show for display. I don't know if it is the same today but back then Lodge didn't want any of the display stuff back. I traded samples I had for the entire line, one of Everything they Made back then. Also came home with 14 cases (4 gallons to the case) of Evinrude outboard 2 stroke oil, tons of tree stands, all kinds of Bow Hunting / Archery goods, etc. I drove a 3/4 ton Chevy van back then and could not see the mirror out the passenger side for all the loot. I cleaned up that trip. Those were the days.
