Default New Way to Eat Leftover Crappie for Breakfast

When I fry Crappie I like to cook 12-15 extra fillets crispy and store in the refrigerator for later snacking. I had eaten a bunch of the fillets already along with some Bell Pepper rings the day before and wanted to finish off the leftovers. This is just 20 minute grits with grated extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese melted in with the fillets warmed up in the Air Fryer along with Franks Red Hot on top. Made for a hearty, very tasty breakfast. For me, I will be doing this more in the future. Quick & Easy.

Looks good. I haven't had grits in a long time. Nobody in my family cares for them but me. I think I'm overdue.

Used to be morning never went by that I didn't eat grits. Of coarse, being a cook in the Army and making them every other morning helped...'bout time for a bowl of 'em...
