    Default Graywolf 4’11” white Glass

My Graywolf 4’11” fiberglass UL rod came today .
    What a beauty !
A Translucent white fiberglass three piece UL spinning rod with a Japanese wood grip and beautiful Flor grade cork .
Quite a looker with it’s Merlot red wrappings .
Every bit as nice , if not nicer than my JDM rods .
It’s a lightweight rod , very slim for fiberglass.
I paired it up with one of my finest reels , a Shimano Soare XR500spg , spooled with 2# Floroclear line .
Can’t wait to get it slimmed .
I’ll have forty five minutes tomorrow while my wife has her PT .
If the lake still has enough water to hold a few fish around the docks .
Lakes are falling fast around here lately . We need a good rain .

That is a great looking rod. The color is reminiscent of the solid glass rods when I was young, a few minutes ago. Hope it works well for ya, sure looks like fun.

Yes, does bring back memories of my Sears (remember them?) glass rod. I guess this one fishes better….. mowed a few lawns to buy it.

I have a 4'6" BFS rod on a white blank Shane made and it's amongst the softest, lightest, and funnest casting rods I have. It is just a blast to fish with. Graywolf UL glass blanks are all pure joy.
