Ultimate Fish Fry

One cup flour

Two cups yellow cornmeal

One Tbs. salt (optional)

Two Tbs. seasoning salt

One tsp. Paprika

One-tsp. onion salt or onion powder

1/3 small jar lemon pepper

This recipe will make almost a gallon size zip lock bag of mix.

Mix together in bag one egg to about two cups milk, and soak fish.

Use another bag to coat fish with mix.

Pan fry fish on both sides until golden brown.
