Randy's Deep Fried Crappies


Finely crushed saltine crackers

Flour

Eggs

Milk

Salt

Pepper

Lemon pepper

Beat eggs and milk together like you were going to make scrambled eggs

Mix flour, salt, pepper, and lemon pepper together (to taste) I like lots of lemon pepper

Put your crappie filets in flour than eggs than crackers (the finer the crackers the better)

Deep fry

Salt as fish come out of pan to taste

Viola instant fish and chips mmmm mmmm good
