Peanut Crappie Recipe
8 small crappie fillets (best when 10 to 12 inches long) 2C. Nut flavored liqueur 8 tsp. peanut butter 4C. Finely ground peanuts Salt and pepper to taste 4 C. peanut oil (for frying)
