Keeton's Blackened Crappie Recipe

 Fresh Crappie filets

 Sprinkle each side with blackened seasoning

 To make is spicier, sprinkle each side lightly with cayenne pepper

 Heat enough oil in an iron skillet to cover the bottom

 Place filets in hot oil and cook on each side until done
