Dave's Spicy Crappie

6 Crappie Fillets

1 stick butter

1/2 tsp. mustard powder

Salt

Pepper

3 leaves parsley

1 tsp. chili powder

 

Lay chunks of butter on a sheet of foil and lay the fillets on top.

Then coat the top of the fish with butter.

Sprinkle on the mustard powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder.

Place the pouch on the grill. Grill until the fish is golden.

Place on a platter and garnish with parsley.
