It was a great day at the lake
with a friend we will call Jake

We started out on the troll
so we set out 10 pole

We set out our BnM's
all around the boats rim

We started out slow to get the OLD RELIABLES down deep
while we listen to the fish alarm go beep beep

Just then 1 rod started to bend then another
we boated 4 all together

Just as I started to mark the way points on my 1197
down goes more rods could this be 5,6&7

Later in the day we thought we would have some real fun
and get out of the sun

So we pulled in a cove with boat docks galore
we shot docks in here and boated about 20 more

By the time the day was through
we had boated about 92

We keep our limit of 60 and threw back the rest
we thought this would be best

All I can say is boy what a great day
or should I say what a CRAPPIE day
